Welcome to our TIMBERLAND TRAIL COMMUNITY Website

Timberland Trail is nestled off the beaten track, surrounded by an abundance of trees, green-space and wildlife. The area is protected by our By-Laws as a bird and wildlife sanctuary. We are located in the southern part of Greenville County and are minutes from I-385 and 25 minutes from downtown Greenville. All the conveniences you may come to enjoy are available in both Fountain Inn and Simpsonville with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

We share amenities such as our walking trail and community pool with our sister neighbor, Carolina Oaks. Social events are common, bringing families and seniors together.
